Radheyshyam Vyas (Sharma), son of Shri Balluram Vyas, born on 01 July 1951, is an Indian national with Hindi as his known language. He is a resident of Village & Post Kot, Tehsil Raipur, District Bhilwara, Rajasthan – 311803, and can be contacted at 09460575758. He is educationally qualified up to Middle (8th Pass) and brings with him more than five decades of rich experience in the Namkeen Manufacturing Industry. He began his professional journey in 1973 as a Karigar at Prakash Sev Bhandar, Malharganj, Indore (1973 – 1984), followed by Parshwanath Sev Bhandar, Jawaharmarg, Indore (1985 – 1989). From 14 August 1990 to 22 July 1997, he worked with Haldiram (BIKAJI) – Shivdeep Food Products, Bikaner as Head Karigar. He then served as Production Supervisor at Mother Foods (Yes Namkeen), Baroda, Gujarat (1998 – 2001). Further, he worked as Production In-Charge at Zat Pat Namkeen, Changodar, Bavla Road, Ahmedabad (2001 – 2003) and later at Swastik Snacks Ltd. (Tingal Namkeen), Ruhari, Hathras, Uttar Pradesh (2003 – 2005). Since April 2005, he has been associated with Kuber Khadyann Pvt. Ltd., Delhi as a Production Supervisor, and additionally worked with Jayanti Food, Alwar (2010 – 2024). He has strong expertise in Moong Dal, Bikaneri Bhujia, Ratlami Sev, Khatta Meetha Mix, Navratan Mix, Aloo Bhujia, Special Chivda, Complex Chivda, Chana Dal, Badam Mixture, Aloo Chips, Fariyali Namkeen. He is highly experienced in machinery such as Fryer, Boiler, Diesel Bhatti, Automatic Bhatti, and Sev Making Machine, with complete hands-on knowledge of the entire production process from raw material handling to finished product quality control.
